Insurance can be confusing – but we can help!
- Our Doctor of Chiropractic is out of network with all insurance (but ask us about Medicare!)
- Our Doctor of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine is in network with Aetna, UHC, and VACCN
- Some patients have out of network benefits– we can provide you a superbill for reimbursement with all insurance/service/diagnosis/provider codes needed to get the most of your out of network reimbursement
- Whether you have insurance or you’re self-pay, we aim to keep care as affordable and accessible as possible. Cash pay rates are usually comparable (and many times less than) a specialist copay.
- All services including chiropractic, cold laser, acupuncture, massage therapy, infrared sauna, BrainTap, and more are HSA/FSA eligible expenses. We are happy to provide Letter of Medical Necessity as dictated by a treatment plan.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
- New Patient 1st Visit (includes consultation, scans & examinations, up to 4 x-rays as clinically indicated, and your first chiropractic adjustment) $145*
- Standard Office Visit (includes chiropractic adjustment and soft tissue work) $55
- Military/Student Discount (includes chiropractic adjustment and soft tissue work) $45
- Prompt Pay Discount (includes 10 standard office visit appointments, re-exam appointments, or x-ray appointments which will bring the cost of each visit down to $45) $450

We have a cancellation fee for missed appointments without 24-hour notice.
- Standard office visit cancellations will be charged $45.
- New patient 1st visit cancellations will be charged $75.
- All missed appointment fees will be donated to Book Harvest.
